All AQESO product from authorized resellers are assured with 12 months warranty as default. You can get your AQESO product warranty extended to 24 months and activated after subscription is done.
Warranty Policy:
- All products from AQESO’s authorized resellers are granted 30-days refund policy and 1-year warranty with limited liability.
- You can return the product within 30 days of delivery to apply for refund or replacement free of charge if the item is in good condition as it is shipped, otherwise you shall be charged with a restocking fee.
- To initiate refund or replacement, please send your order details to support@aqesotech.com to get your purchase verified and the support team will then help you proceed.
- After we receive the returned product, we will send out replacement or refund. Refunds will generally be issued within 7-15 business days.
- When gift card/Coupon/discount or any other forms of promotional credit is used in an order, that order cannot be refunded.
- We are not responsible for any third party fees, which includes but are not limited to processing fees, customs taxes, VAT or any shipping costs incurred during the process.
- You will have to compensate for the return shipping cost unless you received a defective product.
